Welcome to our brewery.

Here at the Prümer Brauhaus, we see ourselves as a craft business in which we try to combine the traditional art of cooking and brewing into an overall experience. We pay particular attention to fresh, seasonal and regional cuisine, as well as to various beers freshly brewed here in the brewery. We make our bread and cookies from the "leftovers" from brewing beer, our breading from the malt that is also used for brewing beer. In order to be able to offer the best quality, we obtain all our meat products from the Bartz country butcher's shop, our game directly from hunters we trust in the region, our eggs from the Hack poultry farm in Sellerich, the mustard from the historic water mill in Birgel and our goat's cheese from the Steinrausch organic farm from Wascheid. Our two chefs, Steffkoch and Patrick, use all the ingredients to conjure up our delicious dishes here on site.
