Country Women's Day

The Country Women's Day 2025 will take place in the community center in Brandscheid. There will be interesting program items and time for conversation. If there is a need, children will have the opportunity to play in a play corner. Singer Silvia Nels will entertain the audience with singing throughout the afternoon and Astrid Semaille will give an entertaining talk about mindfulness. Integrating mindfulness into everyday life has a variety of advantages. Well-being is increased, stress is reduced, self-compassion is increased and resilience and self-efficacy are improved.
