On the occasion of the Germany-wide “Library Day”, the Koblenz Puppet Theatre will be guests at the Prüm Central Library on Thursday, October 24, 2024 at 3 p.m. and will show the play “Post for the Tiger” based on the picture book by Janosch.

About the story:

When little Bar goes fishing, the little tiger notices that he feels very lonely. To change this, the Bar is supposed to write him a letter from the river. Since the Bar writes the letter but only brings it home in the evening, the tiger has to experience another lonely day. Therefore, the tiger and the Bar decide to send the letter by a quick messenger next time . . .

The Koblenz Puppet Theatre production lasts about 45 minutes and is based on the world-famous children's book by Janosch. From the rocking chair to the onions in the living room to Mrs. Gans' light blue-dotted umbrella, attentive Janosch readers will not miss a single detail. Registration is required for the event at the Prüm Central Library - admission is free. Unfortunately, children under the minimum age of three are not allowed in.
